Adorable Gay Penguins Celebrate 10 Years Together

Dotty and Zee, the gay penguin couple live together at the Bremerhaven Zoo in Germany, now celebrate a decade together.

Though the couple made many valiant attempts to build a nest and start a family, they kept falling short of success.

In 2005 the  zoo ran a DNA test and that was the moment when they discovered that both penguins were male.

Later,  the zoo found an egg rejected by it’s mother, Dotty and Zee were happy to become the  proud parents to an adopted baby penguin of their own.
