Teen In Custody After Making Bomb Threats Specifically Targeting LGBTQ Students

American teen in Spartanburg County, South Carolina is accused of making a bomb threat on social media against Byrnes High School while specifically targeting LGBTQ students at the school.

According to the Spartanburg Co. Detention Center website.18 Y.O. Jonathan Logan-Guy Radford of Greer, is charged with Bomb Threat 1st Degree.

It is unknown at this time if he is a student at the school.

Several students say they saw the threats on Twitter on Oct. 18 and reported them.

Police say they found tweets threatening to bomb the school and kill students, specifically LGBTQ students were targeted.

Spartanburg police contacted Twitter and got an IP address they used to identify Radford.
